Building an Internet Marketing Empire Through Outsourcing

The ability to succeed with internet marketing largely depends on your skills and expertise in the chosen niche. That way, you can bring in loyal reader or customer base to your online business such that you can earn money through selling your products or providing services on the web. In case you do not have skills or knowledge that is potentially profitable in an internet marketing setting, then you need not worry because outsourcing provides the solution you need. In fact, it is possible to build an internet marketing through outsourcing services alone.

First off, what is outsourcing? The simplest way to define it would be to tap the services of a remote employee to provide the services you need, whether it is web development, link building, or content writing. It is therefore possible to build your own website, optimize it, and earn a huge amount of income from it through the efforts of individuals who have hired through the outsourcing method. This is why internet marketing is considered as one of the best businesses in the world since you can leverage the skills and knowledge of your employees to help your business grow.

There are several remote workers out there that advertise their services on the web. Hence, you can conduct your own research for anyone who could offer the services you need. For instance, if you are looking for web content writers then you can screen through individuals who can provide you with writing services. The same goes if you are looking for web developers, webmasters, link builders, or social media and search engine optimizers.

There are also several benefits to outsourcing that can help boost your internet marketing efforts. The most obvious benefit is the fact that you can utilize skills or knowledge that you do not have and tap that from the service providers. Also, it is more cost-efficient for you to hire an outsourced employee than hire a regular employee to provide the services you need.

The cost efficiency arises from a number of ways including the fact that you do not have to provide for a work station for them to get the work done. In fact, you will be paying only for the services provided by the outsourced employee and you can therefore reduce the overhead cost for operating your business. In addition, the salary rate for outsourcing is lesser as compared to hiring employees from your area because employees are from developing countries.

The success of your internet marketing business largely depends on the quality of the employees that you have decided to hire through outsourcing. There are several freelancers out there that provide services for an even lower rate. However, it would be more beneficial if you can hire through an outsourcing agency to ensure that they will provide work at a fixed schedule. There are a lot of services involved in an internet marketing business. This is why it is considered as one of the best businesses in the world since you can have more control over its operation.

Why does it seem the left in our country are the ones really backward on climate-science ?

This has been the coldest winter in the last few years. Snow and frigid temps has been in all 50 American states. So how is this global warming ?? Could it this actually be global cooling ?
The left are retarded. I remember they even though the 2004 Tsunami was related to global warming when earth shaking has nothing to do with weather at all. Anyone that thinks otherwise should get a lobotomy if they think earthquakes are related to climate.
Global Warming is the biggest myth. Even the Europeans at Copenhagen think it is bull shit. That’s why they did not jump aboard on Obama’s plan.

But before anyone thinks I am some right wing nut, I agree that there should be less use of foreign oil and more need to create Japanese and Western European style high speed rail systems along regional corridors like so:

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/6f/High_Speed_Rail_07-09-2009.JPG

and more urban public transit. Even if imenent domain has to be used it must be done.

That way people that want to drive will deal with less drivers since there will be less road traffic by 50 percent. It also will create free market competition between a new high speed rail industry and the airline industry. In addition we should explore alternative fuel sources or even dig for oil the Gulf of Mexico. Doing so, it best of all, can create 10 million new jobs, and no need to kiss the saudi camel lovers.

But saying global warming is real, is just retarded.

What are your thoughts about Narco-traffic in the Caribbean and Narco-violence in the Northern borders Mexico?

Narcotraffic in the Caribbean and violence in the Mexican northern borders: Cocaine wars.
Narco-communism vs Narco-neoliberalism

It’s really funny and cynical. – Drug smuggling and trafficking take place mainly in the Caribbean area between Cuba and Florida!, Puerto Rico and New York, Cayman islands or Jamaica and UK, etc,

But Violence,. . . is wide spread in the northern border of Mexico!
( Terrorism ) ! It seems like the drug war is against MEXICO!
and/or between the Antillean-Floridian cartel vs the Mexican/American mafias and cartels. …However all drugs have the USA as ultimate destination. Supply & Demand. Most druggies live in America and they earn in dollars to afford illegal drugs in the black and white markets. The US media decided not to face, talk and discuss issues like this one WHY?
Practice free speech or bite your tongue!
The coverage of violence is part of the terrorist campaign of defamation.
Violence should be in Florida and Cuba.
not in Mexico.
When a country is terrorized to distract public opinion from criminal activities in other regions of the world, it’s called propaganda.

The US spend billions and trillions in coverages, I mean propaganda.

In Mexico we dont have Terrorism.
Terrorism is when violent acts are comitted with not an apparent purpose just to defend an idea.

Here, acts of terror, are always coming with the drug transportation. Its pure drug acts.
USA give Mexico a huge reason to transport all these drugs: Junkies.
All the drugs end up at USA, not in Mexico. I live here, know many many many people and drugs arent our problem: alcohol, violence and corruption are!
There is something our polititians are analyzing deeply that is legalizing drugs in Mexico, so all the drug dealers would have to pay taxes to pay fro those drugs, but USA do NOT want that and there is a documents where USA actually BEGS us not to do it… Funny isnt it.

Anyways, lots of violence in the border because the mexican army must stop all the drug transportation.

Larry McCann answers:

Instead of reinventing the wheel, you may want to just sign up with someone like LinkShare, who place advertisers’ banners on publishers’ websites. It’s called “Affiliate Marketing”, and you become an “affiliate” to the advertisers. Some webmasters are able to make thousands in this market, by selecting the proper products that pertain to their website.

The advertisers pay the publishers a commission on actual sales that are generated once a customer has clicked through your site.

Here’s the link:

https://ssl.linksynergy.com/php-bin/reg/sregister.shtml?offerid=7097&mid=560&siteid=bYFJMzuGq8M-iOsgvF&no_r=1

It costs nothing to join, and you have the option whether to place any ads or not. It has advertisers such as Walmart, among many others.

If you need more info on others, take a look here:

Why has the U.S. continued a “demand-side” war on drugs in light of poor results?

The U.S. has been conducting a “demand-side” war on drugs for decades.
Some results:
1) Narcotics traffic into the U.S. has increased during this time.
2) Federal and state tax commitments for the policing and incarceration of non-violent drug offenders have skyrocketed.
3) In some recent instances, e.g. fentanyl-laced heroin, kids choosing to experiment are DYING because they are at the mercy of criminal vendors, i.e. no quality-control of sold chemicals.

If the costs and results of this program were audited within any for-profit corporation, the board of directors would have fired the management years ago. In the least, investors would have screamed to halt the program or cut off its funding in light of the lack of success.

What would be the likely costs and effects of removing the profit-motive for the traffickers by legalizing, taxing, and providing oversight for some of the less harmful street-drugs (turn them into standard commodities subject to free -market economics)?

Obviously this resource is not needed to be necessarily directed at Aspergers. marketing and psychology boks ar OK.

For me, reading fiction helped me understand other people. Yes, fiction is quite different from real life. But fiction lets you experience a different perspective. You can get inside someone’s thoughts, and see what motivates them and how they perceive life. This is more than I get out of real people, whose feelings are not written down. Reading books helped me understand and empathize with others better.

psychology or marketing? want to study marketing/work in it?

Psychology or marketing ? want to study marketing !?
Psychology or Marketing ? want to study marketing ?
Ok ,so I would love to study marketing , Im very creative, and understand the human mind well. Im talented in business (so much that my business teacher says im a super talent, not trying to show off, just pointing out where i stand!). I have thought about studying business management and marketing , yet now i think ive decided that because im so creative (i love to write creatively and imagine things and stories) that i would like to do full time marketing , and preferably marketing management.
I get excellent grades and would like to study in a top university. High pay in a job is important to me, as I have hobbies which i love and want to keep, which are quite expensive, such as horseback riding. I like working in a team, and have good ‘leader qualities’ (i like to be the one in charge).
My question: Is marketing a good choice? is it well paid??

Next question: what would be best to study for marketing?? I have heard that if you study psychology, the marketing industry lies at your feet, so it is better to study psychology than marketing? Is there a form of studying both??

Thanks

Why don’t you study yourself for a few years? Go somewhere you never thought you would go. Join the peace core, learn more about who you are before jumping into a career.

Why do you want to pressure and lie and manipulate to people into buying useless crap for the rest of your life? Will you be able to sleep at night with a job that greedy, boring and dishonest? If you like horses, why not just be cowboy? Seriously.

All the crap in the world won’t make you happy, trust me, my family and I went from having millions to food stamps in a matter of 5 years and I am happier now than I ever have been.

Should I take this job offer that was given to me by Vector Marketing?

I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in Canada and my friends went for job interviews at Vector Marketing. I didn’t really know what it was, so I called into their offices. They told me that I could go in for an interview TOMORROW and they told me the following information:
-apparently, I wouldn’t be working in a call center or door-to-door, because they don’t do that anymore
-i would get a base pay of $15.50/hour whether or not i sold merchadise
-I would be interacting face-to-face with a customer, no online stuff
-That if i got hired, i could pick an office to work at closer to home (since their regional building that I’m going to the interview for is all the way on the other side of town)
-they had really flexible hours that i could choose from once I start school in the fall

I looked up on what other people thought about them, and i always heard some really negative stuff. Are they really a scam? I’m not on commission (apparently) so whenever i hear people complaining about the pay, I don’t really think i’ll have a problem with that. I don’t mind working and interacting with people, because I’m very sociable, but with the given information. Should I go for the interview and accept the job if they offer me one?

Larry McCann answers:

They are correct in some of the statements:

You would not be selling door-to-door, because they want you to sell to family & friends. But you’ll run out of these pretty fast, then you’ll be forced to do door-to-door if you want to keep selling. Most people quit before reaching this stage.

You probably will work out of your home, using your own transport to visit your friends & family. So you will not work at their building.

You will certainly interact with customers face-to-face. That’s how they sell – by demonstrating the knives in homes.

Since you are required to make your own appointments, and find your own customers, your hours will indeed be flexible.

I would be very skeptical about the claim of $15.50/hour whether you sold or not. As the poster above says, get this fact in writing, and signed by a senior manager, not a field recruiter.

My strong suspicion is that they are giving you a line to swallow.

Avoid Vector, it will not be a good or profitable experience for you.

Looking for work, anywhere in Canada.. Cant find a job in Ottawa and i don’t care about moving. suggestions?

Hi my name is Mark, I am 22 and reasonably fit and I’ve dug myself into kind of a rut. I have had jobs doing dishes, cooking, general and hard labour, driving,wal-mart.. i’ve even resorted to passing out fliers. I was recently laid off from a fine dining restaurant because we weren’t getting enough business. I’m an honest, hard working and reliable individual, but with the current job market the only types of jobs i can find are the ones i want to avoid. I don’t mind hard work at all, just as long as the pay makes it worth it. but with kitchen jobs you never get steady hours…

anyways to make a long story short, i am tired of all this. I want to move somewhere, and get a job with plenty of hours and a good pay. What i would like from you is GOOD suggestions on where i could send my resume and who to talk to.

‘PLEASE NO WORK AT HOME SCAMS, or anything having to do with working at home, marketing , or any get rich quick schemes.

Hi Mark, seems like you are not afraid of hard work so why don’t you challenge yourself to go to Algonquin College? If you have been laid off and can’t find suitable employment the government will pay you to go to school for retraining then you can get a good job and a trade. Hope this helps. Have a very good week end.

Larry McCann answers:

What you would want to start with is a business plan. You can research how to create a business plan online. However, this is a key piece of information to have available to any potential investors you may find (venture capitalists, banks, etc.) They will want to know how you intend to make money with your idea. If you cannot do it by yourself and must have facilities, and employees then you will want to do the business plan. If you can do it on your own… Hop to it!

Larry McCann answers:

If a business idea is listed on a website — which is visible to EVERY internet user — chances are that it is not unique anymore as others have copied it.

The best business will depend on what you want, how you define to be interesting. A person may consider a pet sitting business to be the most exciting work in the world, while another person would rather watch TV than take care of dogs.

The key is to determine what your interests are, what you want to do, what is suitable for your lifestyle and your overall goals, and what can fit with your resources.

Most lenders are going to expect you to have collateral for the loan. That means unless you have assets you can pledge in case of default, you will not likely get a loan.

In your case, I recommend you find a partner with either cash to invest or the ability to borrow. To an investor your knowledge and experience in the business is valuable. You can write a business plan, start it, and run it. This work is generally called “sweat equity”. That’s just a way of saying you can earn part ownership through hard work. There are quite a few investors who are looking for people to do those things because many investors don’t want to actually work in the business, they just want a good return on their investment. This type of partner can also provide you with valuable business advice.

Investment partners are often called angel investors. They provide a modest amount of money in exchange for some of the ownership. I find the entrepreneurship magazine site helpful in understanding how to find a good investment partner. There is a good list of angel investor organizations on Gaebler resources for entrepreneurs.

Larry McCann answers:

It’s not clear what you are looking for here, but the calls with the highest implied vol will be deep in-the-money calls because of volatility skews. In fact, if you give me an a call with an implied vol of 110% with strike 30, I can almost surely give you one with vol = 120% at strike 25. The problem is that these options become less and less liquid. So even if there was such a website (I’ll bet big bucks there isnt), the list wouldn’t be complete or useful because the highest vol options listed would have open interest of 3 contracts and you could always invent higher vol options.

Now if you wanted a list of stocks sorted on at-the-money vol that might be interesting.

Incidentally, I think a trading system based on selling high vol options is not very appealing. There’s a reason that options have high vol and you would just be dealing with one mystifying stock after another.

I received an email today showing me several

My question is,”What’s makes something blackhat

Here’s the sanitized email that raised the

Hi Eric,

As you probably know, Willie Crawford is my marketing partner

Here’s one you DEFINITELY WANT TO KNOW ABOUT:

Here’s the full story on this one:

A while back Willie asked me to review some stuff from

These are terms that describe search optimization behavior. Black hat is a person that breaks search engine guidelines to manipulate the algorithm to gain top rankings, with white hat being the opposite (doing acceptable optimization tactics to get high rankings).
From Forbes.com:
“While Google’s product made questioners pay experts for quality responses, Yahoo! Answers, launched in December 2005, is free. Yahoo!’s product gets 24 times more traffic than Google Answers, according to research firm Hitwise. Yahoo! also integrates answers to user-generated questions into results in its search engine, and has solicited questions from celebrities like Oprah Winfrey and physicist Stephen Hawking.”

Now let me clarify, getting 100 visitors is no parameter for your internet SEO marketing question. Im talking about 100 “ready to buy” visitors, who have done their research and are completely motivated to find the solution rightaway. As a rule i dont draw people looking just for information. I talk straight to the point and i write articles in and around the buying part of it.

Well, Internet SEO Marketing techniques also depend on the selection of your product you want to promote, the niche, existing competition and the quality of their respective landing pages. So in a way, there is no yardstick, its all upto your SEO and content writing skills.

Home on MLS (AZ) – Anyone heard of “Live Free Investment Group” in Arizona?

I have been speaking with Alan Campos who is the President and CEO of “Fairway to Heaven Investments, LLC” and he has a partner named Brian North of Live Free Investment Group, they handle the short sale division of his company. Alan himself is not a realtor so legally he can talk to me as a home owner with a house currently listed on the AZ MLS through a Realtor. We are trying to do a short sale on our home in Arizona and we have had no traffic looking at the house in the last 2 months. This company will make us an offer today and we will go through the Short Sale process with the bank to see if they will approve or not. Alan contacted our realtor (that we have a listing contract with) to discuss handling the process from here including all the paperwork, negotiating with the bank and the offer will be made today. Of course my realtor will not get the 3% sellers listing commission (which is only $3,000 or less since the house is on the market for $100K), but instead this company is offering him a referral bonus of 25% at the closing of everything. My realtor told them no and that we will find a buyer and that we are not interested in going this route without speaking with us first. We have not spoke to our realtor yet, but Alan did call me back yesterday to say that our Realtor is not looking out for our best interest right now by not considering this deal. We have no offers let alone people looking at the house so going this route only makes sense.
Before we approach our realtor with our thought on wanting to go this route, I would like to see if anyone has heard of this company or done business with them. Is this a good decision to make. Also Alan has explained to me that we would be putting our home in a trust, which would allow them to market our home to their investment buyers while we are waiting for the banks decision. This way when we close in a few months they have a buyer lined up that will buy it from them after our closing date is complete. Alan said we still own the home and we are not signing it away to them or anything like that. Has anyone ever heard of this also? I just don’t want to get scammed and I only want to go this route if it will all work out. Looking for help???
P.S. If I can have the deal done without putting our home in any kind of trust, what is everyones thought then?
Excellent Answers from EVERYONE and I will “forget Alan” and proceed forward with my realtor. Thanks everyone

Any Ideas for a Road Dust Block?

I live on a dirt road in NW PA that gets a lot of auto traffic and kids with speedy 4 wheelers, hence a lot of dust in the summer. I need to plant something along a 500 foot stretch of the road that will grow to about 20 feet, be thick with leaves to ground level and hopefully block the majority of the dust from wafting into my home. It should grow quickly and be relatively economical. Any ideas out there?

Disney Princess Theme Games:

Cinderella’s Glass Slipper
Make a “glass slipper” before the party, using silver spray paint or glue and glitter, on a high heeled shoe. You will also need an old, tattered shoe for game time. Position the girls into a circle. Pass the shoe around the circle while music is playing. Ring a bell to signal the stroke of midnight. The player holding the slipper when the bell rings, receives the old shoe to hold, while sitting in the middle. She is then in charge of the bell ringing for the next round. At the end of the game every player receives a Disney Princess prize; necklace, ring, Disney Princesses fruit snacks etc.

Snow White’s Poison Apple
Little princesses need to find the poison apple, before Snow White
takes a bite!
Before the party, tie a green ribbon around the stem of one red apple.
Hide that apple with several more apples around the party space.
To play, simply explain to the children that Snow white is going apple picking and one of the apples is poisonous. Can they find it? If you want to add more poisonous apples, just tie more ribbons around the stems.

Who Am I
Before the party, place stickers of Disney Princesses on several 3×5 cards – one Princess per card. To play, tape the cards onto the girls backs, so that they cannot see their own Princess. The object of the game is to identify which princess is on you back, by asking yes/no questions of the other players. Example:
Does my princess have brown hair?

Dance — Freeze
Inform the girls that Sleeping Beauty’s evil step mother is threatening to FREEZE the entire Kingdom!!! When the music starts, they begin dancing…until the “Evil Step Mother” (adult) stops the music. At which point, they all freeze. Repeat this several times.

The Princess is missing her favorite things!
Place several items on a tray or cookie sheet. Try to find items that work with the theme; tiara, lipstick, wand or royal scepter, silver spoon, jewelry, handkerchief etc. One player leaves the room. Remove one or two items from the tray. When the player returns they must guess what’s missing. Repeat until every child has a turn.

Princess Puzzler
Before the party, print out Disney Princesses pictures from the Internet, or use a coloring book. Attach each picture onto some construction paper with a glue stick. Cut the pictures into 2, 3, or 4 puzzle pieces. Hide the pieces around the party area. The girls each need to find one puzzle piece and then find the the players with the matching piece/s.

Ideas for one-off PE lessons?

I’m doing supply in primary schools and am struggling to find/think of one off PE lessons for kids from reception to Year 6. There’s normally no planning in place for PE so I have no idea where the kids should be on the sylabus, therefore a one off lesson is the best option. I’m okay for warm up (traffic light game) and have tended to do relays in the past (teams) but I could do with some alternative options.
Larry McCann answers:

First answer is pain, the second is the muscle in the eye is weak.

Without the sensation of pain, people are more prone to more serious types of injury. Pain is usually a signal to stop what we’re doing that’s causing it, before we really hurt something…like with burns, muscle pulls and sprains, and head aches

the eye muscle’s weakness affects the contraction of lens in the eye, making it hard to focus on objects futher away..

Can someone help me understand Bernoulli process with probability?

Ok, so someone helped me with this on Yahoo! Answers before and I am still trying to figure it out completely. I only halfway understand it.

So, I think the formula for this is P(x=k) = (nCk)p^k (1-p)^(n-k). If you have a process that consists of 11 trials with a probability of success of 0.3, then:

a) To find the probability of obtaining exactly 5 successes, you would do:
?? What is the C in (nCk) stand for?

P(X=5) = (11C5)(0.3)^5(0. 7 )^6= ? because I do not know what the C means

b) Find the probability of obtaining at least 8 successes.
So… P(X=8) + P(X=9) +P (X=10) + P(X=11), tells me what?

c) Find the probability of obtaining at most 3 successes?
P(X=0) + P(X=1) +P(X=2) + P(X=3)

Does P = 0.3 and n = 11?

Please help. Thank you so much for your help and patience.

Larry McCann answers:

# “?? What is the C in (nCk) stand for?”

It stands for “combination” — in this case, of “n” things chosen “k” at a time, so the expression “n choose k” for the number of ways of picking “k” events out of “n” events. In your example,
11C5 = 11! ÷ 5!(11 – 5)!
= (11/1)*(10/2)*(9/3)*(8/4)*(7/5) = 11*3*2*7 = 462
so P(X=5) = 462*(0.3)^5*(0.7)^6 = 0.132

Did you know? Easy 10 pts!?

Spongebob Squarepants, a comical children’s cartoon, is actually based on the seven deadly sins. Read and learn:
I have been a fan of SpongeBob Squarepants for years and think that the depth of the characters is one of the things that really makes this show work. Ever since I heard Mr. Lawrence say (in an audio commentary on the Season 1 DVD’s) that Stephen Hillenburg based the 7 main characters on the 7 Deadly Sins, I couldn’t help but be very fascinated. I think I’ve figured out which character is each one.

1. Sloth-Patrick
Sloth is the sin of laziness, or unwillingess to act. Obviously this is Patrick. He lays under a rock all the time and doesn’t really do anything. In fact in the episode “Big Pink Loser” he got an award for doing nothing the longest.

2. Wrath-Squidward
Wrath involves feelings of hatred and anger. Squidward hates his life, usually hates SpongeBob, and is pretty much angry most of the time.

3. Greed-Mr. Krabs
Obviously Mr. Krabs is greedy and desires money. How could Greed not be Krabs? He actually sang about the power of greed in “Selling Out”.

4. Envy-Plankton
Plankton is envious of Mr. Krabs because The Krusty Krab is a success while The Chum Bucket is a failure. His envy drives him to try to steal the Krabby Patty secret formula .

5. Glutony-Gary
I actually think this one is pretty funny. Did you ever notice the running gag in Spongebob where they say “don’t forget to feed Gary” or Sponge says “I gotta go feed Gary”. Gary even ran away that time when SpongeBob forgot to feed him. Glutony usually refers to the overindulgence of food so I’m guessing this one fits him pretty well.

6. Pride-Sandy
Sandy takes a lot of pride in who she is and where she comes from. She takes pride in the fact that she is from Texas and likes to let everyone know it. She also takes pride in the fact that she is a mammal and a land creature, like in the episode “Pressure” where she tried to prove land critters were better than sea critters.

7. Lust-SpongeBob
Ok, I know what your thinking. It does seem a little weird and curious at first but I have given it a lot of thought. Lust in one definition is “excessive love of others”. I think this one works best for Spongebob. He shows his love of others with his overeagerness to do good and help people. If anything is true about SpongeBob its that he loves everyone around him, even if they don’t exactly love him back.
See?
Did you know this? Yes or no. Easy ten points.

Larry McCann answers:

You are pretty damn smart for being able to come up with this. Who would have thought that the characters off of Spongebob Squarepants fits so closely to the 7 Sins? It makes sense.

It’s almost like with Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood, but the 7 sins in Spongebob was unintentional, I think. Spongebob is a loving character, Sandy is a proud character, Gary is usually fed too much for a snail character (well, he certainly can eat a lot anyway), Plankton wants revenge for not being successful, Mr. Krabs makes money in ANY way possible and NEVER spends it, Squidward can never seem relaxed or happy around Sponegbob or any one in particular, and Patrick is the most lazy and dumb character I have ever seen.

I just got one question though…. What’s this question doing in the Video Games section? XD

Shouldn’t this question be in the Comics & Animations section?
